SIMPLE CURRY

INGREDIENT

Curry
4 vegan sizable franks or sausages
2 sizable button mushrooms, diced
1/2 eggplant, diced
1 packet tofu (200g)
1 tablespoon vegan butter (or food preparation oil)
500 ml coconut milk
1 teaspoon coriander seed powder
1 teaspoon ground black or white pepper
1 tablespoon apple seasoning (mushroom or vegetable seasoning)
Salt to taste
4 tablespoons vegan curry paste
Maggi seasoning dressing or any type of vegan soy dressing (optional)
½ ~1 teaspoon coconut or apple juice
Some bread to serve along with curry

Stir-Fry Vegetable
Chinese snow peas
1/2 red bell pepper
1 tablespoon of vegan butter (or food preparation oil)
1 food preparation spoon of apple seasoning
Maggi Seasoning dressing or soy sauce
coriander seed powder

DIRECTIONS

Stir Fried Vegetable:
1.Diced red bell pepper and blend it with each other along with Chinese snow peas.
2.Heat up a tablespoon of vegan butter in to a frying pot.

3.Include in the vegetable and fry a little.
